The story behind our

Case Packers and Unpackers......

Designed and built specifically for case packing and unpacking of 4 one gallon returnable bottles of pool acid and pool chlorine (bleach) in returnable plastic cases.

Several packaging facilities stated interest in packing equipment for these products, but were unable to find any equipment that did not drop the bottles or damage the caps. Since these are returnable bottles, caps and cases, the goal is to re-use them as many times as possible, so care is needed when packing and repacking.

Also stated to us, was the fact that all the shiny stainless steel packing equipment available on the market corrodes quickly and fails in these environments.

So, Summerfield Automation controls acquired Davenport Packaging Systems and as a joint effort, designs and builds  equipment not currently available on the market for these environments.
